FAQ's

You can email info@mrspriestleyict.com to have the new digital versions emailed to you. 

Please provide proof of purchase with a screenshot of your order so that this can be processed. 

If you would like a new updated physical version, these can be purchased via invoice only for $40.00 each book. Send an email to info@mrspriestleyict.com to organise this. 

All the previous 2023/2024 resources are being fazed out. All the new resources say 2025 curriculum aligned in the description and are tagged under that category. 

Unfortunately as they are digital content, there are no exchanges offered for incorrect purchases. 

Please ensure you check out the description and name of the resource you want before purchasing. 

Yes of course - send an email to info@mrspriestleyict.com with:

• the phase you would like 
• the quantity
• school name and invoice email address
• urban or rural shipping

An invoice will then be issued for your school to pay. Shipping will be added.

Yes - after your order is shipped you'll receive another email with your digital products. This will come issued from the website like an order but include your digital download products including teaching slides. 

Please ensure your email address is correct when checking out so that your digital items are delivered successfully.

If you have not received the email, please check junk or spam before emailing info@mrspriestleyict.com about your order. 

No you can't. As per my copyright and digital rights policies; all resources are only able to be used by one individual or user. 

Resources are not able to be uploaded to share drives, shared with others via a link, share with others via photocopying or any other digital sharing. 

Tribe memberships and discount codes are not valid towards Structured Maths Approach resources. Due to the unique nature of the resource, these will not be on sale or be able to be downloaded free. 

Yes we have a sample pack for each phase available. 

These are free to download from the shop so you're able to download them to find one that works for you. 

The digital downloads are huge file downloads as they have the pdf, teaching slides and resources in them. This are a zip file so you need to have unzipping software to extract the files. 

If you are having difficulty downloading the files try these:

• using a home internet. Schools typically block or don't allow large downloads and may cause interruptions or incomplete downloads
• clicking once and waiting until that download completes. 
• on the file link in the email, right click > copy link address; open a new browser and tab, paste in the link and press enter. This will force download the file to your device
• use a laptop or computer to download the file

Simply email info@mrspriestleyict.com and your limit will be reset.
